Last September, Alison hinted she has a new secret boyfriend after sharing a cryptic sex confession during Loose Women Live.
The presenter joined her fellow ITV Daytime hosts during their appearance at the London Palladium on Tuesday.
The panel was made up of Christine Lampard , Denise Welch , Brenda Edwards , Linda Robson and Janet Street-Porter.
During the show, Christine asked the panel: 'Who's having the most jiggy jigs?'
Alison then said: 'How's Birmingham doing? I reckon we're up there, I really do...'
She then cheekily added: 'Well I am.'
Alison's confession comes after she recently admitted she is 'finally ready to settle down' after years of 'getting cold feet' in past relationships.
The presenter revealed she 'has always been scared' of commitment but is now ready to tie the knot if Mr Right comes along.

Alison was previously engaged to cab driver Noureddine Boufaied, the father of her son Aiden, 18, but claimed she 'wasn't ready for marriage at the time.'
Alison dated landscape gardener Ben Hawkins for two years, before their split earlier this year.
Speaking to Gyles Brandreth in an episode of his podcast Rosebud – which starts on Friday, the TV personality explained that she 'loves her own company' and believes that's why she struggles in relationships.
Alison said: 'I think that's why I struggle in relationships, because I don't want somebody around me all the time. I absolutely love being on my own. I'm OK with it. I've never felt lonely.
'I think as soon as I hear the word marriage I get cold feet. I think I'm just one of those people.
'I always - not think there's something better - but I always get a bit nervous to know that is it.
'I just feel like I'm tied down and I don't like it, when really and truly, I'm getting to that age now where I think 'Alison, let go - it's OK to settle down.''
Elsewhere in the chat, Alison also revealed people wrongly believed she has been married before.

For years, it's been widely believed that the presenter was once married to cab driver Noureddine, the father of her son Aiden.
She explained although Noureddine was a 'lovely guy' and they became engaged at 30-years-old - the word 'marriage' scared her at the time.
Agreeing she has been a commitment-phobe until now, she said: 'A lot of people think I've been married - I've never been married.
'If you look online it's like Alison was married to Aiden's dad, but I wasn't. He engaged me but we never actually got married.
'He's a lovely guy - he's from Tunisia actually. So I went out to Tunisia to do some repping. I was an entertainer out in Tunisia. I never met anyone when I was in Tunisia - I came home and met a Tunisian man, which was bizarre.'
'Aiden's dad was just a lovely guy. He had the most beautiful smile and that's what I fell in love with, and Aiden's got that smile as well.
'I just don't feel like we were ready for marriage at the time. It was the perfect time to get married.'
She did not reveal why she split from Aiden's father, but since then Alison was reportedly engaged to single dad and security guard Jamie Savage after meeting him online, and more recently she dated landscape gardener Ben Hawkins for around two years after hiring him to work on her garden in 2021.
